Great location!
Close enough to Hot Springs without being in the busy part. On a quiet part of Lake Hamilton. Very comfortable, inviting area for gathering. Enjoyed the open great room. Some things could use TLC - broken towel rack, only 1.5 oars for kayaks, slow shower drain, major cobwebs on ceiling fans etc. Kitchen is not really well stocked for cooking. Could use more pans and spices. No foil or baggies. Ultra small gas grill on patio. If you like to cook, bring your own favorite tools. Also bring your own pool toys. Overall a fun family stay. Would come again!

Room was not get cleaned from the last people that stayed in it and upstairs toilet run nonstop and couldn't be used. I have never had this experience with VRBO. But this was VRBO with Vacasa as the property management.

Mixed review on a nice condo
We stayed here for 5 nights in mid-March. The condo is in a pretty good location for driving to Hot Springs and many of the area activities. Our group consisted of two couples. The space was just right for us. With one unused room, there would have been room for a couple kids as well. Upon arrival, we noted a few issues. One of these issues was a lack of Internet service. This was apparently a network provider problem beyond the control of Vacasa management. But the communication between us and Vacasa was disjointed and unclear. We never did get Internet access. There were also some expected household amenities that were missing. By the end of our stay, Vacasa provided us more direct communication with a local manager, Carl. He was fantastic! Carl was very empathetic and timely in his communication. In the end, his efforts made it a positive experience. I would stay here again, assuming the issues we called out were corrected.

Lots of space and loved the kayaks!
My kids loved the kayaks and ping pong table! We also enjoyed that there was lots of space for us to spread out in the house. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. The view was stunning.

Nice place
We were a bit skeptical because of some reviews but things ended up working great for us. The space was clean and ready, we used grill quite a bit, nice setup for outdoors, our kids spend some quality time with no devices. Ample of space inside, beds were good, we had good rest. Recommend renting if you are looking for a quiet environment next to the lake.

So close to the lake
Our two kids had a fantastic time at the place! The pool was easily accessible and provided plenty of quality outdoor fun. The location was not overcrowded and offered convenient access to the lake. We did encounter an issue accessing the garage, but it was quickly resolved. Thank you for a great stay!

Great time near to the lake
We absolutely loved the lake view - it was a highlight of our stay. The ping pong table was a big hit with everyone and added a lot of fun to our trip. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the overall experience.

We thought that it was actually a nicer place than what the pictures showed. We were pleasantly surprised upon entering. Easy to get into and to load out of. Other than your pictues that lack professionalism, the statement about having a heated pool is what made up my mind in renting. We had grandchildren who were quite excited about getting to swim. Unfortunately the pool was cold and dirty and not ready to open. We were disappointed that there was no gas in the grill as I was cooking steaks one night and we had to go purchase a tank. That being said we had a nice stay.

Thanksgiving on Lake Hamilton
My family (wife, grandparents, two young boys) and I spent the Thanksgiving weekend on Lake Hamilton. This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious, clean and fun with a great location for getting to the National and State parks (including the Holiday lights in Garven Gardens) in Hot Springs. I would highly recommend staying with Jack he is an excellent host.

Great Stay!
Big family weekend trip with my parents, my brother and all our kids! The condo was great. Plenty of space in the bedrooms, and a nice spacious living area. The pool was not overly crowded even with the other units all being full. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and enjoying the lake view. We also enjoyed the kayaks that were provided. The location was nice and it did not seem too far from the attractions we enjoyed. Jack was super easy to communicate with. You won’t regret choosing this unit.
