Every stay is better than the last

Comfortable with lake view

We very much enjoyed our stay. We spent the days looking for crystals and the condo was a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. The lake views were beautiful from the deck. I’d return to this place for sure!

A Serene Getaway

This townhome is easy to find (GPS led us directly there) and is very comfortable. It has water views that are amazing; great views of sunrise every morning. Amenities are great; instructions in townhome are informative & accurate; had sufficient supplies, even though VRBO suggested bringing many of the items (e.g. paper towels, toilet paper). Owner was responsive regarding questions. All in all, this is a property to which we will plan to return.

Relaxing waterfront property close to lots of things to do

Beautiful waterfront unit located in tree filled neighborhood. Hiking, pickleball, golf in the neighborhood. Very close to Hot Springs with all it's rich history.

A great place to get away with the girls for the weekend. Plenty of things to do while feeling included in the environment. We enjoyed sitting on the decks and looking out at the lake. We had a great time running around the area and nothing was very far by Dallas standards. We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful Lake Getaway

What a beautiful view! We loved this VRBO and will be back for sure! The view of the sunrise from the window and deck of this property is amazing. We loved having coffee on the deck and the quietness in the morning. We will be back for sure!

If you are looking for a relaxing get away you can’t beat this place. Cute, clean home away from home with everything you need to just get away without overpacking. We loved the three story deck facing the lake with the lower level having its own ladder in and out of the lake. The views are beautiful. Felt safe and relaxed our entire stay. There was great communication with the host with an easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend.

Relaxing view

Love staying at this place it was our second time to stay here. It's very relaxing and the view is perfect.oonly thing that I would worn people about is there's a lot of steps to get down to the water but still isn't bad and I have bad knees. I highly recommend this place.

Peaceful relaxation

Great stay!! Beautiful views and terrific lake. The place is well cared for and very comfortable. It's crazy that this is in a "gated community". It's more like a private gated small city and it is awesome. We will definitely come back here.

Great view of the Lake

The property is as described in the listing. The view of the lake is very nice from the property. The beds are very comfortable, which is a huge plus for us. We had everything we needed and had not need to contact the property manager. All of my questions prior to our arrival date was answered in a very timely manner. It was in a quiet neighborhood, which was nice and relaxing.

Perfect home away from home with beautiful scenery! We enjoyed fishing, swimming, and relaxing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were perfect and everything we needed was provided. The two balconies and private dock/pier were great. My husband and son fished, my daughter swam, and my parents and I relaxed on the deck while enjoying the amazing scenery. The neighbors were very friendly and gave us great pointers about the area. The drive to Hot Springs was pleasant, but we found that we didn't really want to leave very much! We were planning a beach trip before school started, but we are now trying to coordinate dates because we would love to visit again in August. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Wonderful Lakehouse Labor Day Weekend Getaway

This property was everything and more from what the listing showed in the description and pictures. We had a blast disconnecting from our daily routine and technology and work life to enjoy the lake life over the long Labor Day holiday weekend! I've already recommended the property to 3 other friends and family members! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 0 problems experienced during our stay for our group of 2 adults and 2 children.

Nice stay, but should have been cleaner.

Place was fairly clean; except the linens on bed lakeside had some old blood stains. The other Qn bed was lumpy, soft on one side & too small (King size could fit). When opening the sofa bed, there were dead bugs, dried crumbs, and multiple stains on the mattress. We didn't use it. Pretty disgusting. Plenty of towels, but not enough TP. We had to buy some. I think the toilet downstairs has a leak around the base. The hallway light by the W/D was not working. Windowsill next to the couch was full of dead flies.

The property was beautiful and in an incredible location. We really enjoyed spending time swimming at Lake Desoto and going around to the different parts of Hot Springs Village. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the variety of cookware and dishes was a big help. We had a great time and would definitely come back when visit Hot Springs again.

We all had a great time being together. As far as the condo it could use some TLC. We didn't go out on the dock because it is in great need of repair. The kitchen faucet is very loose, downstairs bathroom - sink drips and the toilet fills way up to top before emptying. The bed with the window over it is pretty uncomfortable. A trim of the trees would really open up the view. Not sure if that is possible. Good location.

Quiet and restful lakefront condo

Very clean and comfortable property with Great Lake views from the deck. Neighborhood is very secure and safe. I really enjoyed hearing nothing but birds most of the time we were there.

Great Escape

We could not have been more pleased with the property. It was exactly as described and more. The location is perfect for relaxation yet close enough to numerous amenities. The host was very responsive. We would definitely return on our next trip to Arkansas.

Awesome view

This townhome was perfect for the three of us. The view was really cool because the main floor is well above the lake. The trees didn’t have leaves yet so we could see more of the lake and sunrise. Cute home and super clean! We cooked almost every meal- the kitchen was very easy to use. Our son enjoyed fishing and nearby trails.
