We cooked most night so it was very handy having a cooker, full fridge, cooking appliance and utensils. They cleaned our room once for our long stay. Walking distance to town and to the train station. I would definitely stay again "

"This property had everything we needed for our family’s stay in Sapporo. The unit was very clean, well appointed. The bathroom was supplied with bath soaps, shampoo & conditioner, as well as disposable razors and toothbrushes. Also, plenty of towels, at least for our needs. The kitchen covered the basics- plates, bowls, glasses, cups, a small microwave, hot plate, refrigerator, freezer and toaster oven. But seriously, don’t do your own cooking! There are loads of places to get great food within easy walking distance. It was important to us that each bedroom, at least, have its on own door. We’re a family, sure, but at the end of a long day of “togetherness”, we all like some personal space that a screen or a curtain can’t really deliver. You get doors and doors when you stay at this unit, and I mean that in a good way. Stay here and you’ll see what I mean. The neighborhood seemed residential, and very family-oriented. There’s a small park within a minute walk. We didn’t experience any of the noise issues mentioned in another review. We found it very quiet. I was a little concerned about the language differences when it came to check in procedures, but I didn’t need to be. The check in process email came as promised (with a link to a short Canva presentation), and the instructions were clear and accurate. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"The hotel is conveniently located just around the corner from Kotoni station, which is just very close to Sapporo station. When we arrived, my friends asked for a recommendation for a place for lumch and the front desk staff gave a really good recommendation just 3 mins away from the hotel. Also they put our luggage in our room while we had lunch. There's a 7eleven nearby and also a lot of izakayas and restaurants around so you won't run out options for late night snacks. The room is spacious, albeit a little old, but it's kept as clean as can be. "
