"For what I paid the room was as expected, it was clean had a good TV that had plenty of channel choice. There were hot drink facilities in the room and the bed was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was brilliant! The chef did a cracking job with my order and the mushroom sauce as a side was amazing. Breakfast was lovely and fresh with local produce and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had for sometime. "

"The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The hosts are a friendly, family-run business who gave excellent advice and instructions for us to get to the airport after our stay. I fully recommend, especially if you are looking for parking near Gatwick airport. "

"My daughter and I stayed overnight and it was such a lovely experience. The room was beautifully furnished and had everything you could need. The breakfast was delicious and we sat outside to eat it which was so lovely! Marios was exceptional! We will be back!"

"Was good location for our event at Selhurst Park (40 minute walk) and was good value for money. Fresh bedding and towels provided. Fortunate to get a free parking spot on the driveway. Didn’t use the kitchen facilities which were on offer. So can’t comment on this. Basic room, but comfortable. "

"Advertised as disabled accessible...external stairlift out of action, walker had to be left outside of room as bed limited access to the room and had to enter in sideways, lino was coming up, no bin in bathroom, unable to use bathroom efficiently as was too small, informed reception tv not working properly not sorted, bathroom light bulb reported due to being blown not replaced, awaiting to hear back from management as they are not on duty today (Tues 5th Sept). Took me asking three times asking...

"3 of us stayed in the 3 single bed family room on a room only basis the room was extremely clean with en suite shower room. The beds were very comfortable tea and coffee was supplied and when we needed more milk they bought us more. The room also had doors out to a little patio area overlooking a pool with fish and a lawn beyond."

"Wonderful stay"

"Wow what a little gem of a hotel with restaurant. Room was amazing, modern, classic and Mediterranean feel in heart of a Kent village. If you get room 8 or 9 you won’t be disappointed. Restaurant food was top notch if a little pricy and the included breakfast was also lovely in quality and flavour. Would pick over a chain hotel any day especially as location has few choices for accommodation."
