This is condo and microwave and refrigerator etc are installed and ready to use. Also laundry tools are available. It is suitable for long term stay.

What I like is the location of property. Very convenient bus transportation close by and a lot of eating options around it. I don’t give 5 stars cause the AC was very noisy and the top floor was dropping water heating our metal AC box was very annoying. Day and night. They should do something about it.

Good place in Honolulu/Waikiki
Place was what we expected & met our needs. Able to walk to lots of places. The window opened which was nice. We did run a/c at times. It is loud and does make a really loud noise intermittently which was mentioned in previous reviews so we weren’t surprised. On the 14th floor of building. Would stay again.
