Spacious Waikiki Banyan 614. This 6th floor, one bedroom corner unit condo at the Waikiki Banyan Tower 1 has 1 king size bed and New queen size pull out sofa bed. Full size washer/dyer in the unit for your convenience. Large balcony ideal for outdoor socializing and eating. Our new furniture includes,
sofa bed, coffee table, and dining set.

The Waikiki Banyan is in a prime location near the center of Waikiki and close to the zoo and Kapiolani park or the bustling nightlife of central Waikiki, you are close to it all. The building has a beautiful Hawaiian lobby and property entry, plus upper level pool area and communal sundeck, We are just a couple blocks from the famous Waikiki Beach and the Duke Kahanamoku statue, and all Waikiki has to offer!
Parking for 1 car in building parking structure included.

Oahu Annual Vacation
We have stayed at the Banyan Waikiki for several of our Hawaii vacations. We love the area and walking distance to everything. The free parking is a great benefit! Our stay this year was great. The condo was clean and comfortable. Shows a little wear and tear and could use some updating but served our purposes. Check in was seamless and hosts very responsive. In unit laundry was a game changer! Recommend maybe installing some hooks to hang towels and suits for drying. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice place to stay!
Convenient to everything and has washer and dryer inside the unit, perfect when kids gets out of the beach (Waikiki is one block away). Close to all the business and restaurants. It is very loud location due to being a busy intersection near by. But that's Honolulu for you.

Short time in Waikiki
The unit and building were in a great spot. Good points very comfy bed and living room. It was just the 2 of us even though it states 4 can stay . Only 3 cups, 2 coffee cups in the kitchen. Sorry to stay the kitchen needs a whole Reno. Dirty and very old, no kitchen space to make anything . The stove is very old. When we arrived days later we were going to do wash but decided not to as we opened the washer and dryer and they were full of sand. So not sure how clean the unit was. The unit was on the 6 th floor which was ideal where the pool was.

Excellent choice
Location couldn't be better. The Garage made easy to have a rental car. The flat was clean and just perfect for two adults. Beach chairs and other beach stuff were something we did not expect, good surprise. Overall a perfect choice for our vacation.

Made for a great vacation 😊
As a family of 4, we were very happy with our stay here. Pool was on the same floor which was convenient. Staff in the building were friendly. Location was perfect and we enjoyed the corner unit and lanai for the views. The King bed was super comfy plus having onsite laundry was a bonus. The kitchen had the basics needed and communication with Mark was easy. We would definitely come back. Thanks for the Aloha.

駐車場付きを条件に今回探しましたが、駐車場も使いやすく、部屋も広くてビーチアイテムも完備。洗濯機もあるのでとても便利です。 ラナイに出れば海も少し見ることができ、ほんの数分でビーチです。 次回はもっとゆっくりと滞在したいです。

Condo 614
Where to begin….4 people (2 adults,2children) stayed in this condo for a week. It was suppose to have shampoo, cream rinse, toilet paper, etc. The shampoo and conditioner were the tiny TRAVEL size! There were 2 rolls of tp. You open a drawer in the kitchen and the back of it fell off, etc etc etc. BUT the worst part was the sofa bed mattress. It had the biggest stain you’ve ever seen! We even took a picture of it. The elevators in the building take about 20 min to just get on. There are 4 of them and some were broken off and on. The parking garage was easy for entry and exit. There was a sports court BUT no one was allowed to play on it. We brought our paddles but course it. The pool and spa are nice. Would I ever stay here again? NO…….

Nice and Convenient
Overall a very nice condo in a great location. Everything we needed and then some was provided: a well equipped kitchen, beach towels and plenty of bath towels. No coffee but the coffee shop and minimart in the lobby area had that covered. We did have a cleanliness issue that was rectified quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay
The property was as deacribed. Clean, quiet and comfortable with everything needed for our week long stay. Mark was very easy to contact with any questions on the property. I would recommend for families traveling with kids or with parents!

Nice apartment for one person, and would be a good location for two. Very easy set up and access for entry and parking. The apartment was comfortable and a good location for my visit. I'm very familiar with the area because I went to school and grew up nearby.
