From the site pics I was assuming the unit would be bare bones with regard to decor. My assumption was correct. The site pics are misleading in that is shows a TV in the living room and in the bedroom. The bedroom TV is not connected to the cable so useless unless you want to use it as a PC monitor or for streaming from you own device. The bathroom is the biggest issue. The normal corner tub/shower unit was replaced years ago by a jacuzzi tub that runs the full length of one wall. It does not work and you have to use a handheld shower head that has a mount on the wall. Plus getting into the tub is a high step then stepping low into the tub meaning anyone with movement issues will have a hard time using the tub. They expanded the bathroom wall on the bedroom side into the bedroom to add a vanity that partially blocks sitting on the toilet. The sink is lower than code and I could not see the top of my head in the mirror because it is so low; I am only 5'6" tall. But we made it work. One note that the building is replacing all the sewer lines, so each unit gets the bathroom area torn up to access the pipes. So maybe the owner is waiting for the sewer line replacement to update the bathroom which per the building work schedule is October 2024. Otherwise, the kitchen is great and the views are incredible. I think the sleeping setup they have in the living room is a waste of space. The unit has central ocean-view with grill deck, pool, & hot tub - near beach.
