Checking in was to hard, a text would have been better than an email. took up about 45 minutes to get code. Ice maker did not work and we could not open the sliding doors to take advantage of lanai. Property management did fix the issues.

We were totally amazed of how roomy the condo was , the 2 balconies off each bedroom was excellent, you could see miles n miles in either direction, I’m not a tap wtr drinker but it was refreshing as bottled wtr, each room had its own tv accompanied by some premium channel. You will not be disappointed, it is actually as described,

The condo was dated in design but very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint is that it was set up to the bare minimum; no dishwashing soap, foil or other kitchen amenities. The hairdryer almost caught on fire during the first use. A hotel room would have been set up better. The refrigerator ice was a solid block and unusable.

I agonized over which VRBO to choose from and I am very glad that I chose this one! It was clean. It was a great location. It had adequate space for five adults. The owner communicated well and promptly. The hourly parking in “back” was the best value and very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

the supplies were a joke. the kitchen was poorly stocked for a family of 5. no coffee filters , 1 dishwasher soap. We have stayed in many resorts and homes and never had this problem. going to buy supplies is not easy. The street noise all day and night was was a very real problem.

Our stay was great. The condo was clean and everything was as listed. We enjoyed the location by the beach, the pools, the restaurant and coffee bar on the property. However, it would have been nice to have a few more house products included to help us on our stay. Without house keeping, I would have expected some things available for us to use to keep the condo clean while we stayed there. Any guests are not going to want to spend money on full sized items they would have to leave behind. So my suggestion would be to provide your guest with a single use laundry soup pod or 2. And at least 2 for the dishwasher. Some cleaning or sanatizing spray or wipes would also be nice for guests to use througout their stay. As well as making sure there are extra garbage bags. The extra bedroom could use some extra blankets too. I realize this was not necessary but also would have been very helpful. In addition, it was odd to have a lot of notice of entey forms and things on the door while we stayed. Most people wouldnt want someone coming in during their booked vacation time. This was definitely not a deal breaker but something that was confusing to deal with. Otherwise, Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beyond wonderful
We had an awesome stay in this unit in November 2023. This unit is a great two bedroom condo with two full bathrooms. There is a full kitchen and dining room table. The hotel is steps from Waikiki beach. There are plenty of restaurants and dining downstairs in the lobby. There is a convenience store for anything you may need to buy. You can walk anywhere in Waikiki from this location. The unit has two huge balconies with stunning downtown views. The check in process is super simple with digital door locks. On our last day I asked if I could have a later check out and within 20 minutes the property manager got back to me and let me keep the room until 4pm. My family and I had such a wonderful stay in this unit and could not be happier. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Waikiki as it was so much extra space than a regular hotel room. The building has an awesome pool right by the beach as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Condo was not cleaned, trash left under sink, iron board was old torn, dusting was poor, glass showers had calcium, cleaning supplies were left on balcony. Furniture looked old and damaged. Owner needs to fix. I should have gotten a discount. AD as remodeled was a lie.

Pleasing Stay for Family of 4
Nice location next to Hilton Hawaiian Village, close to beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. PROS: Location, ease of check-in process, cleanliness of hotel, communication with property manager. CONS: Condo could use some updating, as could the hotel itself. No air conditioning in hotel hallways and air conditioning in condo itself was not very strong. Pans provided did not work well on electric stove but made do. Noise from street was constant (windows had no insulation...if you are a light sleeper bring a noise machine!) Overall a nice stay on Oahu.
