Property is quite nice and service is great. While there are some issues during the stay but the staff did handled the situation well and recovery made was top notch.
Special mention to Frank Lung who assisted us from the day we arrive and the agent & team who is working on the midnight shift on 18 Oct to 19 Oct morning for assisting us on the issue of our door lock.
Room is clean and maintained. Location is quite safe and near to transportation with various food options located nearby.
Definitely will stay again in the future when visiting HK.

It was great! However they need to improve the lighting for the rooms. For the sink area, it's so dark even in the daytime. Needed to move all the table lamps just to look and see into the mirror

"Staff is very helpful. One thing that I was not aware is they charge storage for luggage overnight for HK$20 per piece per night even though I stayed there for 4 nights before and I will come back and stay for another 10 nights."
