"Very well kept, clean and nicely decorated. We had a partial oven view and it was incredible. A lot to do/see at the hotel and close walking distance to some great restaurants. We especially enjoyed the salt water lagoon and beautiful gardens. "

"Lovely hotel with helpful friendly staff, it’s in a good location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. There is no bar but they have coffee cart which is open mornings only. We stayed for 10 days during the Ironman event. Also they have laundry facilities which is free to use only had to buy washing powder. "

"This place is a gem. It’s not too far from Kona Airport. We stayed in the Japanese tea room which is a very unique stay. It’s a very comfortable spacious room that has a very comfortable queen bed, nice t.v. With Amazon Prime, YouTube and other options for viewing entertainment, a BIG bathtub and a separate shower in the beautiful bathroom. The awesome part of this place though is Dave and his wife Miriam! They let you use basically all the amenities their property has to offer from the nice kitchen which has pretty much all ya need to cook your own meals (you’ll need to clean up after yourself), a jacuzzi, and in their common area Dave always has coffee ready in the morning you just hit the brew button and multiple teas are available as well. Miriam every morning sets out some baked good and fresh tea in the morning as well to get ya going. If you stay at this property you will go away feeling like you lived in Hawaii for your stay and not visiting like you feel in a normal hotel room. Very Wonderful Experience!
