"This hotel is great! The staff helped us check in early and provided us with a river view room. My friend and I were both very happy^^ Although it’s close to the busy road, the room is not noisy. The location of the hotel is also very good, making our travel convenient."

"This hotel was wonderful. Very clean and modern hotel. The staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs. They make you feel welcome the moment you walk in they have a great attitude. The room itself is very spacious and nice. Everything is updated in the shower is amazing. This is one of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed at."

"Great location just plain on spending a lot on parking. It was 85$ a day at the hotel and that’s a deal if you try to park in any garage it’s around 40$ "

"Very convenient location to millenium park and other downtown attractions. Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel does have a few things that need improvement as far as upkeep. There was a cover on a hole in the wall near the toilet that fell off. It had been siliconed on instead of properly fixing. Other than that- fantastic stay and would recommend. "

"The location is great, pretty close of Michigan Avenue where has great places to go and visit in walking distance. The room looks new, it might be just refurbished and it was nice, clean with a huge flat TB screen. The down side was the shower with a low pressure water flow, which I wasn’t sure expected for this hotel grade, "

"We stayed at the Sentral with friends to take in the holiday sights around Chicago. The room was spacious and clean, though a little worn in areas. Having a kitchen, plus a washer & dryer was great. And the city views were incredible. The amenities (pool, gym, game room) on the 7th floor were phenomenal! We found cheaper parking in a nearby garage, but the valet option is nice. And having restaurants and a grocery nearby was super convenient."

"Good location. Full kitchen and clothes washer/dryer in suite were awesome amenities! Blinds were missing a few blades which was annoying. Tub could use a reglaze parking is close by but having a deal with the lot would be nice"
