We prioritise quality in every detail, from the mattresses and bedding to the towels and complementary Haekels toiletries. Each hideaway is thoughtfully equipped, allowing you to travel light and focus on enjoying your time here.

The property spans three acres, offering a variety of outdoor experiences. There are expansive grassy areas ideal for a game of football, a small woodland perfect for building dens, a wild gravel garden with prairie grasses, and a mature, sheltered garden. The Farmhouse proximity to the coast and some of Cornwall's finest surf beaches adds to its appeal, making it an excellent base for beach lovers.

The centrepiece of The Farm House is the light-filled 16th Century Farmhouse, which has been lovingly restored and modernised over the past 15 years. This historic home, with its blend of old-world charm and contemporary comforts, features four bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests. A modern timber frame extension at the back of the house opens up to stunning views of the Cornish countryside and breathtaking sunsets over the Tamar river.

Inside, the farmhouse boasts three spacious reception rooms with cosy seating, providing plenty of space for guests to unwind and spread out. For culinary enthusiasts, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the Gozney pizza oven on the western terrace invites you to enjoy alfresco dining with a view. The farmhouse's layout and amenities make it an ideal spot for gathering with family and friends.

Subject to availability, its neighbouring properties, The Red Barn and The Cob can also be booked to offer additional accommodation for larger groups.
