Roach infested and filthy
Had to clean before our stay. Nasty house, roaches, ants, dirty carpets, disgusting bathrooms, and outdated. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. No pride of ownership. Basement bedroom is like a dungeon and entry is gross. Zero stars.

Location is amazing and access to the beach is great. Was super convenient. House furniture was a little outdated and uncomfortable (couches and some beds) but for the most part was well maintained and clean. Everyone had a blast and no one had an issue with the house. Management company was very responsive and friendly.
