「While our circumstances ended up being a bit different than we anticipated, the owners, Michelle and Laurie, did everything in their power to make our stay in Winslow wonderful. 「That cabin was amazing! Large, Clean and warm without laud a/c noise!!! They left our key in envelope with clear map to get the cabin because we arrived after their business hour. Found out they didn't know how we booked and they can communicate via Hotels.com also how to get paid.... But we highly recommend this place.」

「We greatly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Bird’s Nest. Communication with the host was easy and the home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We had everything we needed supplied: from soaps, shampoos, hair dryer, plenty of towels to breakfast items like bagels, bread, juice, cereals, etc. Do not hesitate to book your stay at this wonderful location when you’re visiting the Petrified Forest and Holbrook, AZ area!breakfast items」

「Terrible place to be. No access road, you need a 4x4 to drive through the dusty and deserted area. Far from the main road. We did not stay there but chose to get away before our RV got ruined. Never again!」

"The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can improve its attention to detail."
