Everyone was very helpful in getting us around Hoi An, into shows, boats, whatever we desired. If you’re visiting Hoi An and want to be on the water near Old Town, this is the place for you!"

"Everything was great. My only (minor) criticism is that the room was a little noisy during the day. Workmen were drilling on an upstairs floor. And a heated pool would be good for winter months? Staff were wonderful - it’s part of the Vietnamese character to be kind and thoughtful. Would stay again without hesitation."
