"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 4 nights at Bear Paw. There was plenty for our grandsons to do with video games and a pool table in the cabin and a basketball goal at the entrance to Bear Paw. The kids also went mining for gems in Murphy."

"Perfect location to host out thanksgiving family feast! Great layout enabling plenty of space and privacy for those that stayed in the house and a nice sized main room with beautiful fireplace and screened in porch. There was no indoor dining table but there plenty of trays available , and those that weren’t tough enough to brave the weather on the porch used those. Beautiful views and would be perfect in the summer, when water levels are up! Already talking about a return trip!!"

"First class! I'm not a "write a review" kind of person, but yet I truly read all reviews before booking and this place deserves a review! Everything from the time we stepped foot in the door until we left was perfect! When you work long hours and rest is what you need, this place is it. The beds were extremely comfortable, they have placed darker shades in the bedrooms for less light, but the rest of the house is full of sunlight! The cleanliness of this place was over the top (and I look at everything), Kudos! Everything we needed to cook was supplied. We made a fire in the fire pit to continue to enjoy being outdoors. Again, in our busy lives, we forget how important the smalls things such as sitting by a fire, having conversation with your spouse or enjoying a sunset. The views are spectacular, just as they are in the pictures. We went for walks each day, walking to the lake, sat on the dock for a couple of hours and listened to NOTIHING BUT NATURE! Literally nothing but the sound of nature! After dark, we enjoyed the hot tub without any lights, you look up and your reminded of the millions of stars in the sky. When you are in the city or close enough, we forget how beautiful the night sky is. If you need some quiet time, or time to reconnect with someone, this place will do the trick. Enjoy! "

"We loved this property. The view was stunning to wake up to every morning. So peaceful and quiet, literally at the end of the road! Refreshed our souls! Loved the three levels which provided privacy for two couples and a family of three. A peaceful and comfortable place to stay! "

"This place is cozy. Wood fireplace. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The property is remote, private and beautiful! The view is amazing! Plenty of books, games and coloring for the kids (or adults)! The outside fire pit is located nicely and fun. It needs a deep clean (like all rentals) it's not terrible though. The hot tub is clean and works well....HOT. There are plenty of pool sticks to shoot pool in the game room. There are plenty of supplies, soap, shampoo, first aid etc. Also alot of spices for cooking. This cabin does not have much of a view from the inside. Although the outside view is one of the best I've seen!"
