"My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. Not only is there a 7/11 so close, but there are neighboring grocery stores that are open as well. The biggest selling point in my opinion is that the JR station is a 3 minute walk from the complex. "This get the good done for people who want to explore japan. Being a walk from the station and next to a Lawson is a plus. The stair are steap so being luggage up and down can be a pain."

"Helpful staff, clean facility and good effort trying to be sustainable by giving guests the choice of having the room cleaned or a cash back (500 JPY coupon) without the cleaning service. If you didn't have the cleaning service, you could ask for new towels. I love the communal bath on the top floor as well and on the in-room TV screen, we can see how busy the bath is. "The room in this was spacious. You really need to know your way around. This Hotel is too far from Tokyo but close to NRT airport. Taxi is available using the GO app. "

"Staff and property were both nice. The AC became a heater for some reason and the entire room became a sauna during the day. We were only there for 2 nights to see Disneysea but were surprised to find out the hotel is an hour away by train."

"The property was located close to 2 different train stations (Sudobashi, Iidabashi). Each was less than 10 minutes on foot on opposite directions. The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size. They provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair brush, and other toiletries. The toilet and shower/bath areas were separate. The buffet breakfast was tasty, the only thing is that it’s pretty much the same options every day(good or bad?). The hotel is in a very safe area, with a Family Mart, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and other dining options across from the hotel. We stayed here twice within our trip to Japan because the price, location, and amenities were great. "

"The room is tiny. Okay for one person but tight for two. Booked 2 rooms for a couple and myself. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days but with daily supply of fresh towels and yukata (kimono), coffee/tea refills which was nice. There was day 1 complimentary water bottles and their tap is noted as ‘drinkable’. The check-in is a bit complicated. It took sometime to check-in with the male staff not very pleasant. My card key and receipt eventually came out of the machine and I was asked to take it. No mention that the room number is on the receipt, I had to ask instead of me being informed. All hotel instructions are on the TV screen as one enters the room. Again, there was lack of information at the reception level that we were to expect this. The hotel reception area is so tiny, with only 3 chairs available for guests. We checked out at 10am after 6 nights and we left our luggage for storage and came back at 2pm for our airport pickup at 3pm. The female staff on check out was very nice this time compared to the aloof check-in male receptionist. When we came back, we stood for almost an hour as there were no seats. The area was full to the brim including numerous luggage. Otherwise, very close to train station exit, restaurants, Sensoji temple and shopping streets. Tokyo sky tree is also close by. "
