First time visit to HHI
Property is conveniently located close to all we wanted to do while visiting Hilton Head for the first time. The pool is steps away from the property, the beach is also a short walk away and I am so glad we were able to find this condo for the dates we needed. We were able to cook a few nights and go out the other nights with not a care in the world. The floors are a little thin because we could definitely hear the neighbors above us, but thats not Ed’s fault! He was very quick to send info as soon as I booked which helped with planning and check in, and Hilton Head was great in general. Would love to come back

Fiddlers cove great place to stay
Booked 2 days before arrival. Never received entry code into condo instructions. Took over an hour to get in. Lock on sliding glass door broken. Condo building is pool side but not the condo which is on the back side of building Condo was very clean, well stocked and comfortable.

Fiddlers Cove Folly Field Beach
We have stayed in Fiddlers Cove previously. We love the location and proximity to the beach. The development is not new but overall well kept and maintained. 90% of the units are the same size and layout. If you have mobility issues you need to look for a ground floor unit as there are no elevators for the 3 story units- which I appears to be common in Hilton Head. The particular unit was as advertised and suited our needs. It was comfortable and met our expectations.

Condo was as great location for our visit. We have stayed in this complex a few times over the years and love the private beach access for the Folly Field area. The unit had the basics for a rental and interior was nice enough for the price.

Great condo!
This is the 3rd time my family has stayed in this particularly condo in fiddlers cove and we love it. It is just a few steps from the pool and walkable to the beach. The pools have never been overly crowded and we always have a blast!

Perfect spot for our family’s summer vacation. Great location super close to the beach. Perfect amenities for cooking dinners in every night. Right near the pool and clubhouse, which our family really loved. Only wish we could have stayed longer! It was a great week!

Had a very nice stay with family. Location is nicely located next to pool and short walk to the beach. The property did not have cleaning supplies to wipe up table and counter tops or kitchen hand soap so had to purchase unlike other properties we have stayed in. Other then that had a wonderful week.

The property is just as pictured. It isn't fully updated/modern, but it definitely gets the job done. The location within the complex is great, as you are right by the smaller pool and clubhouse. We loved the location on the island because it was centrally located and easy to get to everything we wanted to do!

See a lot in 34 days...
1. Door combo lock doesn’t work... That's why the dead bolt was locked. 2. Floors dirty. Spilled some coffee, used paper towel to wipe up. Paper towel was black. 3. Pantry floor was a pig sty. Karen on hands and knees cleaned the pantry floor. She couldn't stand looking at it. Previous liquid running down the walls. She tried to clean that also, but it didn't come off. (have pics) 4. The mattresses are like 2 foot high cement slabs. Hard as a rock. I woke up in pain once an hour in these beds. Every night! I slept in each of the beds for 3 days. Woke up in pain every hour and couldn't move in the mornings. I've been sleeping on the couch ( not the pull out bed) for the last 20 days. The only comfortable place in the condo. The couch is 5' 6" wide... I'm 5' 10" tall. Karen sleeps in the master bed by herself. 5. Bunch of crap on balcony, looks like old broken roof tiles and dirt that no one has swept off in months. 6. Both light bulbs in the master bath vanity were burned out upon arrival. How could the bathroom be cleaned if all the light bulbs are burned out? 7. Dishwasher is the single loudest unit I've ever heard. 8. Sink in master bath has slow leak in drain - under sink. 9. Shower scum thick and mold around the fixtures. (have pics) 10. The pillows under the pillow cases are DISGUSTING!!! (have pics)** Throw those things out! I'm afraid to look under the sheets!! Better to not to know...... 11. Person above came in. Sounds like in same condo.

Another Wonderful Stay in HHI
This was our second stay in this condo. It is one of our favorite in the Cove. The unit was clean, wife loves the fresh white towels, and decorations are wonderful. The only negative thing we had for this stay was our up stairs neighbors. They stomped around like a herd of elephants. Otherwise a great stay and looking forward to staying again in the future.
