Unit if fine, love the pet friendly. Had other issues
Have stayed at this unit before, so I knew what to expect. When I arrived one afternoon (by myself) during our stay, there was a man hunched over outside the sliding door. I was highly alarmed; apparently he was there to do landscape maintenance on the little, enclosed patio area. Not a problem EXCEPT that we were not made aware of his presence beforehand. It could have turned "unpleasant" very quickly. Fortunately, our dog was inside. I could have easily mistaken him for an intruder. Not good ~ I was very alarmed, to say the least. On a side note, not one single larger bowl than small salad bowls. (I cook, so not good) I called to make a complaint (about the landscaper)with the local manager, and the main "central" operator would not give it to me and only said "so sorry" and hung up.

Very comfortable and good location
Easy to live in for a week, plenty of kitchen ware to cook for our group. Good location in Palmetto Dunes - walkable to just about everything. Interesting wildlife around the pond, including an alligator!

Would have like to have additional information of the property- like where is the pool, how to you find the beach. Not a place to do much cooking more that breakfast due to cooking supplies.

I have stayed at this unit before. It has seen a lot of wear and tear and needs upgrading. But it was clean. I even saw a bug in the bathroom run in a hole where the wood door jam abutted the tile 😝. I think the second bedroom carpet may have needed cleaning. My dog went crazy with the smells. I kept the door shut to keep the dog out of the room.

The condo met our basic needs. Furniture, towels, and dishes. We are used to staying in places with more of a homey touch. Spices, tin foil, and other necessary things. The TV in the master bedroom did not work. Usually, there are recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Overall, the condo was adequate but lacked any personal touch.

Overall, the townhouse was very nice , quiet and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. Couches were comfortable. There was one chair in the dining room that had a very wobbly leg, so be careful. Bed in master was comfortable. Twin bed in second room was very creaky and noisy. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay. Would rent again. Our 🐩 was happy too!
