Great Location with Privacy fenced back yard.
Overall Clean - Great location - made walking to the beach easy and very accessible. Cabinets were labeled with all necessary items. Had beach chairs, wagons and shade covers. We did have to clean up after past dog clientele and sweep out spiders and their webs in the enclosed garage. Overall it was great for both the infant and the large dog for space to move about and play.

Great Family House Near Beach
When traveling with family, you hope for easy, uneventful and predictable and this rental checked all of those boxes! A great house near the beach that has an entertaining area for adults and kids alike, what more can you ask for?!? The place was updated, clean, convenient and accommodating! My family and I thank the Owner/Host for making our stay on the island very memorable!

Great location and house.
This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We had a great stay. Loved the location of the house. It would be fantastic if there were bikes available to use, however we rented bikes with the discount code they gave us. Kitchen was very well stalked, beds were comfy. We did have a problem with the shower downstairs but they sent someone out immediately to fix the problem. Would recommend this house for sure.

Great Vacation Home Close to Beach
This house is just a few minutes walk to the beach and is in great condition. The house has everything you need including a well stocked kitchen with all the items you need. It also has a nice fenced in backyard with fire pit and a comfortable deck/patio. The property manager was also responsive. It is perfect for a couple or possibly two couples, or a smaller family. It would be cramped for larger groups.

Great Location and Comfortable Home Away from Home
The location was convenient to get to one of the many beaches, parks, restaurants, shopping, walking/biking paths, and attractions in minutes. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything a cook could need. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We enjoyed the table tennis and fire pit. It was nice having the extra refrigerator in lower level. We had two minor problems during our stay. The property manager responded to both immediately. One problem was when the Spectrum Internet service went out. We needed Internet to do some work that day. They went above and beyond by bringing us a TMobile Hot spot to use while Spectrum was fixing their problem. The neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Overall, it met our expectations. It was clean, well equipped and very well organized with labelling of all light switches and cupboards. We had cold weather just before Christmas and the downstairs bedroom was very cold. Heating it up meant that upstairs became uncomfortably warm. Our very responsive hosts provided a space heater for the bedroom which solved the problem. A couple of rugs on the cold tile floor would also help. It was frustrating to find that the short walk to the beach was closed due to construction, necessitating a much longer roundabout walk, or driving. The park is due to reopen in March 2024.

Nice quiet location near the beach and bike path.
The island is very busy this time of year, so we enjoyed the quiet location. The beach gear was very much appreciated. The bike path system throughout the island is wonderful! There were a couple of very minor issues that we needed to contact the property manager about, which were addressed immediately. Thank you for providing a wonderful house for our family to stay in!

Great location with cleanest house
The house is in quiet and very safe area and the house had everything we needed: beach gears, beach towels and walking distance to the beach. The walk to the beach was less than 10 min and we were a bike ride away from shopping center as well as Kroger and Whole Foods. The kitchen was fully equipped with 3 different types of coffee machines. There was an additional fridge in the ping pong room for additional storage. We had enough towels for everyone. The house was extremely clean and in a very convenient location. We would definitely come back to the area. The communication with the rental company was fast and efficient. Definitely one of the fastest responses we’ve had since renting via VRBO. Excellent customer service overall.

Perfect family vacation
Sea Turtle Vacations really made us feel very welcome in this beautiful property. The accommodations were immaculate and beautifully decorated. They left us a welcome basket with some amazing local treats and responded quickly to all our messages. The beach wagons and gear they provided was invaluable and we all enjoyed the ping pong table. The kitchen was well stocked and we only ate out once the whole time we stayed (5 nights). Our dog also felt very welcome with the dishes and mats provided and the fenced in backyard and pooper scooper. Our only concern was the bottom bedroom tends to stay hot unless you set the upstairs thermostat very low, or it is cooler weather. We brought in one of the fans from the other room. A ceiling fan would be awesome here. We could not have asked for a more carefree, seamless vacation experience. Thank you guys, we will keep this place in mind if we need it again!

Great stay for family vacation
Great stay for family vacation (4 adults and 2 young kids). Short walk to the beach and close distance to some restaurants and stores. Two bedrooms are on the main floor with the kitchen (upstairs) and the other is on the bottom floor where you walk in the front door. House is equipped well with beach necessities (wagon, towels etc.) and kitchen needs; even more than described. Nice to have such a great place be truly dog friendly.

Great Place for humans and dogs alike!
This was a well-appointed property with everything you could possibly need and close to restaurants and shopping. For anyone bringing a furry friend or 2, this is the place for you. The dogs had an awesome time romping in the fenced-in backyard and soaking up the sun. I enthusiastically recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

Tremendous Location and Well Stocked House
Had a fantastic time here. The house has everything we could have needed. Need to get some lint off? yeap they had a lint roller. Need to steam something? yeap they had a steamer. Want to grill up some steaks? yeap they have a grill. Want to play Ping Pong? yeap they had that too. Great location just a short walk to the beach. Will definitely look at this property again for another trip to Hilton Head!

Memorable Family Christmas Vacation
Our family of five - Mom, Dad and three adult daughters (and one dog) had the most wonderful week in Hilton Head staying at the cottage. Although we were met with cold temps in the beginning of the week (as most of the country was), it did not dampen the spirit of being together for the holidays. This is the first time we haven't been in our actual home for Christmas, but with our kids all over the country, we decided to try something a bit different. The cottage is exactly as the pictures and descriptions detail - and there really isn't anything that we needed that wasn't already there. Although the kitchen area is a bit 'cozy', it is more than ample to cook all meals there. The cottage was VERY clean and obviously the owners/management take great pride in presenting their property to the guests. All communication pre, during and post with Faith was extremely professional and prompt and she even read my mind on one item before I could request it! The short 5 minute walk to the beach was the highlight, especially for the dog where he could go off-leash on the beach (they allow this as long as they are under voice control). Watching the sunrise was a daily event at the beach. Strongly recommend this cottage for a family getaway - thanks for hosting!
