Wonderful location
Just like other reviews the area surrounding the home is just lovely. The beach access is right around the corner. The house itself is very spacious and with the open concept on first floor makes for a good time with lots of people. The elevator was quite useful and kind of fun and the fact there was a washer and dryer on both levels was fantastic. We had one person bring their work computer and set up in the office area next to laundry on second level and she said it worked out great. It was a tad too cold to do much outside but that was just the price of betting on mid-March. We had a few technical difficulties with the house but they were either resolved quickly (Rick was great) or we were given a substitute to get us by. I will say those dining room chairs were very loud (it’s odd to even mention but if you know, then just pick them up and move them or you will wake up the whole house). This was our first time staying for a family trip in Hilton Head and where we won’t be going back in March again we would go back and hopefully the management company Coastal will be managing the property. They ALL do a wonderful job trying hard to take care of you. FYI read ALL of the very well thought out emails you get from them before you arrive or you will regret it. They do a fantastic job trying to prepare you for the visit, unfortunately I didn’t read the last email and was without coffee filters. Thank goodness for UTube and paper towels.

Excellent location and great stay
The 7 bedroom, 7 bath home was idea for our family of 20. We had several minor maintenance issues but all were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. The staff are excellent. We loved the walk/path to the beach. The beach was wonderful. Renting electric bikes was great for Pap Paw.! Kitchen was well equipped.

Amazing house in a great location
The house was clean and nicely furnished. The internet is a little spotty so if you are planning on remote work/school, be prepared to make adjustments. The location to the beach was great and the pool was fun.

Very Nice But.....
Very nice home for a large family gathering, but for the price the house and patio area should be cleaner. The outside guardrail leading to the pool was very loose and a bar stool was loose causing someone to fall backwards. It could have been a really bad fall. Finally, the living room furniture was soiled and needed cleaning.

Third time at this outstanding house
Our whole family (18) gathered at Hilton Head for an outstanding week. This house had everything we needed. A great location close to the beach. A pool which the kids and adults enjoyed. The kitchen was well outfitted and we all took turns cooking. The check in was easy and the property managers were accessible and helpful. I would highly recommend 3 Cat Boat for anyone with a big family gathering
