Perfect place for small family
Nice resort with lots of things for kids and teens to do, multiple beach access points, 2 pools, restaurants, bars, and ice cream. This condo is nice and clean, has a decent size kitchen and dining area for cooking in, pool and ocean views from balcony, really nice pull out couch bed. They include bath towels, sheets and pillows, even for the pull out, kitchen plates, pots and pans, cups and silverware, 2 TV's with cable, and both Kcup and regular coffee makers. The resort is gated, and staff are around to check on things and help if needed. Met lots of other nice families. Super close to restaurants, grocery stores, and fresh seafood markets (highly recommend Barnacle Bills!) The wifi works fine, code is on modem, though it's not always at top speed, depending on traffic. Internet and phone service were spotty in places on the island, so you might want to print out directions and instructions before you get there.

Perfect long weekend
Condo was beautiful, very clean and laid out well with plenty of space. The AC was super cold even on 100 degree days, a nice perk coming in from the humidity and beach. Lovely top floor beach views and has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had one minor issue which was quickly resolved and the manager responded fast. The beds and furnishings are beach decor and comfortable. Bonus: restaurant on property delivers to your door. Definitely would stay here again!

Living Room in Dire Need of New upholstered Furniture
My husband and I have rented many VRBO accommodations. We were very disappointed with the condition of this unit. The living room furniture was soiled, the pedestal sinks in both bathrooms did not allow for storage of toiletries. The balcony screen door wheels were inoperative. Bonnie N

Great condo with a nice view!
We really enjoyed our short stay in this condo. The view was terrific (better than I expected). We didn't eat in much as there are so many great restaurants nearby, but the kitchen was well appointed. The condo had everything you could need for a vacation. The owners were terrific. There was a minor issue with the cable TV and they were on it and had it fixed immediately. The only suggestion I would make would be to ask the company that cleans the unit to use fragrance-free laundry detergent. The overly flowery-smelling bed linens and towels/washcloths were sickeningly pungent.

Wonderful view!!!
We very much enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from our balcony! The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped! The only negative was the wear and tear of some of the furniture. The protective covers on the chairs and cushions could have been cleaner. Also the plastic flowers were a bit dated. Otherwise definitely would recommend staying here and would stay here again myself!

Amazing HHI Rental
We love the HHI Beach and Tennis Resort- the property is always clean, they have family friendly events at the main pool and the on site bar and restaurants are great. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is close to the stairs and there is an elevator in the building. The laundry room at Admirals Row is coin only (.25) and you can get coins at the front office if needed. This building has 2 walkways to the beach, the one on the backside of the building has no stairs which is great for pulling your wagon down. The property manager was very helpful prior to check-in and even make sure we were settled into the unit after check-in. We would definitely recommend this specific unit to anyone that is looking to stay at the HHI Beach and Tennis Resort.

We had stayed in a condo in this complex before, but we had never stayed in this condo. The condo was just as pictured. The owners were very nice, and they texted us to make sure we were settled in. They answered all my questions. The view from the condo balcony was great!

Perfect getaway for what we needed! There were lots of updates made to this unit and the balcony size offered room for family outdoor time when we were done with the beach for the day. You simply can’t beat being on the beach like this!

Very nice condo. Two suggestions: Better pillows on beds and repair electrical plugs in 2nd bedroom with twin beds. Had to use one bedside plug for CPAP machine and other one was loose and lamp would not stay plugged in.

Great Stay with kids!
Exceptionally clean, well decorated. Quiet, top notch security, many food options, close to several grocery stores. Big balcony and great view of ocean. Pools were very nice and well kept. Would definitely go back!
