According to the hotel, they will start renovation so during Jan- April they will close. I hope their renewal open will be to reach up grade service for all customers who would like to visit like second home. "

"We did not use the onsen and we were only here for one night. Things to note… it’s very hard to travel around this area! No Ubers lol. We were able to get people to call us taxis so make sure to have cash! We loved our traditional room, I just wish for foreigners they had instructions. Other than that, we had a great stay :) very peaceful and beautiful area. The view of the mountain was awesome! "
