"Quick trip for my birthday. Nate helped us out our first day when the online forms wouldn’t load (don’t do it on your phone it just won’t work) and when the outlets weren’t working in the kitchen and bathroom. Nate was a quick phone call away and very helpful. I would suggest a little map with the location guests should be dumping their trash at the end of their stay since it’s part of departure procedures. "My furry daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights over Veteran's Weekend. Mea'Ola loved that the front porch had a gate so she could lay out there anytime she wanted to. The view of the Smokies was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. I got to meet the neighbors and learned the history of the land. My only negatives are there were no lids for the pots and not many utensils for cooking. I am already thinking about when I'll come back. "

Only complaint was the shower head was not very powerful - I would recommend buying a bigger more powerful shower head for that size of shower. "Lovely home with 2 tv's and a fun standup arcade machine that was very entertaining. We enjoyed the fire pit. The owners answered questions quickly. There was a slow drain in the sink of one of the bathrooms, but it wasn't horrible. Could have done without paying for the resort amenities since we were gone most of the time, but we did make time for one trip to the indoor pool, so the money wasn't wasted. Place was such a great location for going to Helen. Would definitely recommend. "

"We loved the property. It was cozy and perfect for a quick overnight trip. Host was great. Only real issue we had was the light in the bathroom flickered on dimmer setting, and there was no sugar for the coffee. Just little things, no big concerns. Hot tub was wonderful! Overall we loved it and would stay there again!"

"Cabin had plenty of room with good sleeping arrangements. The play room was a good feature with games and TV for the kids. We all enjoyed the river, fishing (even though we didn’t catch any rainbow), fire on the riverbank roasting hotdogs and making s’mores. Very nice view!"

There was something for everyone: pool and hot tub, outdoor games like volleyball spike ball, horseshoes, and corn hole, indoor games like foosball, table tennis, and a dozen board games, quiet corners and outdoor patios for reading, and a big kitchen with 2 dining areas for everyone to come together.
