"My Partner and I decided to spend Xmas in Winterberg. We chose Ms Thiels property from the photos and its location. Both were accurate and lived up to expectations. It’s location is excellent for access to Winterberg, 10 mins away, the lake and walking trails across the road. The property was comfortable and fitted out meet a home from home experience. We enjoyed our Xmas and stay very much. The only downside is the lack of internet access."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Convenient for both Willingen and Winterberg ski areas. Sleeping accommodation for guests over 10 people is not ideal and dining area is quite cramped but these are only small remarks for improvement. Would be even better if Wi-Fi was available as only 2.5G signal available at the house."

"Insgesamt die Umgebung sehr schön. Wohnung sauber allerdings der fantastische Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist gar nicht schön. Geht man aber wenige Gehminuten zum See, dann ist der Rundblick super. Campingplatz ist in die Jahre gekommen. Personal vor Ort sehr freundlich. Brötchen kann man sich jeden Morgen frisch im "Lädchen" holen und wenn man Fischfan ist, dann kann man diesen in vollen Zügen genießen. "

"Im Großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft perfekt für unser Vorhaben! Wir konnten den JGA ausgelassen feiern und hatten genügend Platz. Ein Highlight war natürlich der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. Allerdings konnte man das untere Bad nicht benutzen, da die Dusche nicht ablief. Und hier und da hätte es sauberer sein können. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass nicht nochmal kontrolliert wurde, ob richtig sauber gemacht wurde. Dennoch würde ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. "

"Wir haben hier ein paar Tage mit vielen Kindern verbracht. Das Haus steht mitten im Grünen und trotzdem nicht weit mit dem Auto zu allen möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns in den vier Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Ferienhaus. Trotz seines Alters ist es hell und freundlich eingerichtet und bittet ausreichend Platz. Das kein Backofen vorhanden ist, hatten wir schon im Vorfeld gelesen und uns entsprechend eingerichtet. Brötchen kann man werktags im Ort beim Frischemarkt holen und abends haben wir aufgrund des guten Wetters meistens gegrillt. Dies war bei dem schönen und großen Garten mit Pavillon ideal. Vom Nachbarn im angrenzenden Haustrakt haben wir fast nix...

"The property was the perfect size for 18 of us. 15 min to winterberg where we skiied each day thanks to the amazing snow making facilities. There was plenty of space for us all to eat and hang out together and dry our stuff. Good extras for the kids and the table tennis was good to have too. The description doesn't explain that there are actually double shower cubicles on the 1st and ground floor and another one the top floor as well as a double sink room. So 5 showers, 4 toilets and 7 sinks!!!...

"Das Haus war für unsere Familie mit 5 kleinen Kids eine gute Unterkunft. Die Kinder haben das Trampolin geliebt und die ruhige Lage am Waldrand war ideal, obwohl ein abgeschlossenes Grundstück noch schöner gewesen wäre. Das Haus ist nicht topmodern und in der Küche war der Essplatz für 13 Personen recht eng. In den Bädern hätten wir uns Mülleimer gewünscht. Aber insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und kommen vielleicht nächstes Jahr wieder."
