"We loved our stay at Idle Hour II. Especially all the windows from which we could take in the surroundings. Bar Harbor and Acadia was an easy 45 min drive. Beds (seemed to be the same) were not our favorite for comfort. Everything's was clean and had the amenities we needed. Having 2 camping chairs in the utility room was great - we ate our lunch on Sand Beach in comfort! We would definitely stay again. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. If it had been warm enough to enjoy all of our meals outside that would have been wonderful. "The property met our needs very nicely. We wanted a place close to Acadia and Bar Harbor so we could drive back and forth easily. We made use of the laundry and kitchen and found both to be nicely equipped. It was very convenient to have two bathrooms! We enjoyed sitting outside in the lawn chairs during a sunny afternoon and one evening around the firepit."

"Overall the stay was nice. The cabin was clean and had a functional kitchen. However, to check in, we had to call the host directly and have him meet us. We couldn’t get in contact with the host despite multiple attempts and wound up having to wait on site for him to reach out to us to get in. This also made would have made it difficult had we needed anything during our stay.
