No fridge, coffee maker or microwave on rooms. Stiff beds. Had to ask for more towels (just 2 per room) and we were 4 guests.

The bed there were like prison no pillows and the service from the staffing was very unkind no shampoo at shower and no pool towel 😑 i asked for a little cup of ice and they toll me didn't have ice when they have a restaurant on site very bad experience on this place

The room we got was dirty with hairs between the sheets. The second room was dirty in the bathroom. There was no iron in the room when I asked for one they gave me one that was dirty and didn’t work. Second iron was dirty as well and couldn’t use. The young people in front desk don’t care about the customers. The restaurant in the property served coffee cold first day and again second day!!

They don’t have an elevator to move the luggage up to the second floor. The stairs are unsafe and small. The AC wasn’t working. The people at the front desk didn’t care I try to cancel my second night they didn’t let me so I last 2 nights

My gawd, the checkout is at 1 p.m. or something absurdly late, but the housekeeping staff knocks on your door nonstop at 8:30 a.m. to ask whether you're in there or want them to enter and clean up -- and they do that to every door next to yours. So much for sleeping in with their generous checkout time when you're jetlagged 😅 (No, there was no hanging sign nor a button to ask not to be disturbed.) When I asked the front desk why that had happened, the young woman brushed me off, like she couldnt be bothered to understand why anyone would be upset by that. What a joke -- it's like a bunch of foolish children playing grown-ups.

Our first impression, they attempted to charge us extra for the reservation even though we already had our reservation confirmed for a certain amount. Once we got to the room someone was in it, a maintenance person just sitting on the chair. Once he left we noticed the floor was dirty, the beds were hard, no blankets, we had one pillow on each of the beds. We did not have a good night sleep. Worst experience in a hotel in Hermosillo

One of the front desk personnel acted like he hated his job. The beds were hard. Only 2 outlets to charge our phones. We couldn’t walk barefoot because our feet looked like we walked on charcoal

This hotel need to get better
Throughout the hotel no ice machine worked, you talked to the reception and they didn't solve anything, they could only bring us an iron. But there is no food service, and they can't even take you to the room if you ask through an app. They really have a lot to improve.
