"up to standard 4 full star hotel which is quite hard to find in Europe and its value for money with its full service and facilities in the hotel. Wide selection of breakfast, many different fruits, pastry and even rice! Free mini bar with softdrinks and beer and fruits too. complimentary shuttle on arrival and departure to the station, very efficient. the room is very new and clean. good restaurant and lounge. Offer cakes, coffee and tea during tea time for all hotel guests. very recommend and...

"Stayed for two nights and needed to switch rooms after the first night because we stayed in an attic type room with low ceilings which was not for someone tall like myself. But they were very accommodating and helpful in moving our luggage to the new room when we were out visiting the Matterhorn. When booking the room, you are listed with them at a certain price, I needed to pay an upgrade fee to get a room on the higher floor with a view of the Matterhorn but it was worth it. "

"Stayed one night here, after 2 nights at the nearby Hotel Parnass. Parnass was much less expensive and a better value. Had a much larger room at Banhof, but unlike Parnass there was no free breakfast (Parnass has a large and excellent breakfast buffet). Also, my shower had a slow drain and very quickly was standing in a couple of inches of water while showering. Otherwise, very comfortable and convenient. Right across the street from the train station, which was especially nice as I left Zermatt...

"Large room, great that it offered amenities such as kettle and a fridge. Breakfast was basic but fine. Great location and view from patio was amazing. Beds were fine but the pillow was a bit flat. Staff were nice. Overall happy with the stay. "
