"This was perfect for my family. It is out of the way of a lot of things so you do have to drive a while to get to anything further south on the island but we didn’t mind at all. "We always like to stay here when coming up to the northern part of Okinawa because it is affordable, a good location, and gives us separate sleeping areas for our large family. This time we discovered a shelf in the lobby of extra supplies that we could borrow during our stay that made a big difference, things like salt and pepper, extra trash bags, cooking oil, sponges, and an adapter. "

However, there were way too many bugs, cockroaches and geckos inside and outside of the property… The hotel basically said it is inevitable due to the climate condition of the island. "The hotel room was functional, but the walls paper thin. It was self service, but that seems to be the norm for budget hotels in Japan these days. The door seemed like it was made of cardboard, and the walls paper thin, including the exterior wall. Could hear people talking in the parking lot as if they were standing beside you, and I was on the 4th floor. Could hear the wind outside, and worst of all the traffic. Make sure to bring earplugs if you want to get any sleep."

"Location is what we were looking for, having a car made travel no issue. This is a very well run facility, acres of space in the condo and great facilities. Staff were always pleasant and helpful and the village was close by (walkable)"

"Pro was definitely the location. Quick walk to great beaches. The front office staff was friendly and it was nice to be able to rent a car and bikes right from the property. Con was how dirty the room was. It was so bad we actually made a trip to Daiso and bought cleaning supplies so we could wipe it down ourselves. Ants were all over the room and property too. The whole place just felt very run down which was too bad because with just a little work and a really good deep clean I think it could be pretty nice. Another thing that was a bit annoying was the room layout. The balcony was off the bathroom so we were constantly rolling the drapes up and down just to be able to go to the bathroom. Great view though."
