"This was my second year staying at this facility as an alternative to the Grand Hyatt adjacent to the San Antonio Convention Center which is significantly more expensive. This facility is halfway between a hotel and a condo. My first year my room was one bedroom with bath with a kitchen. "This property was perfect for 3 adults (1 couple), spacious and comfortable apartment, good kitchen, bathroom, rooftop pool and fitness center. Only complaint is the wifi was not fast enough for sending files (even though we paid for the "high speed" option)."

"There was a disconnect between VRBO and the Eilan causing us to have trouble finding the reservation. At first they told us that we didn't have a reservation... The room was great other than the HVAC - it would never cool down below 73 degrees. The hotel is very nice though."

"Nice resort, pleasant people working there. Beds very comfy even the pull out. They offer some fun things to do in the game room like cookie decorating, grilled cheese and tomato soup evening, ect. Pool and hot tub were nice to get in after a day of walking around. Easy walk to the riverwalk."
