Let me start with Evolve is a fantastic property management company that was incredibly responsive to our issues after our stay.
That said, the house was great- except for the septic issues, no hot water in 2/4 bathrooms and a fire pit that didn’t work. All of these things, I honestly think, sprung up during our stay (I know the owners had just put in a new system, but I don’t think it worked). It was just bad luck on all parties’ parts. My contact person was very responsive while we were there, and the gentleman who came out repeatedly could not have been nicer, but nothing could be fixed. The odor in the lower level was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It was really intolerable and I truly hope this property isn’t rented out again until it’s fixed- I really don’t think they would do that.
My real issue is that after our stay, when I repeatedly contacted the property manager, I was completely ignored. I think we were very good sports and kind throughout the whole process, I think a response to my emails was warranted. Thankfully, I went around her and contacted Evolve directly and they were fantastic.
I would not hesitate to recommend this home, but definitely make sure the septic is fixed, the hot water works in all bathrooms and the fire pit is fixed.
