"One quick overnight stay. Staff was very accommodating for our early arrival. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately, we had to leave early for the ferry departure and weren't able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast."

"Staying at The Garage in Iceland was absolutely amazing! The place was perfect—immaculately clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (the cookies were such a sweet touch!). The views were out of this world—breathtaking mountains, waterfalls, and stunning Icelandic landscapes right outside the window. It was the perfect base for exploring the area, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Iceland. It’s a true gem!"

"Quaint little guesthouse! The stairs are very narrow so moving luggage is a bit difficult but the location is great. We stayed 2 nights and the radiator in the bedroom wasn’t working but the property managers left a couple of beers for us knowing that they are still renovating and it was warm enough with just the one radiator. Would stay again! "

"The Westman Islends are an amazing area and a must do in Iceland. The hotel exceeded our expectations and the manager was unbelievably helpful. Only 2 disadvantaged that would not stop me from returning. Although the beds are very comfortable there is barely enough space to get out of bed:) and that could be a problem for heavier people especially when using the bathroom at night. The second issue is that they do not offer complimentary coffe and sugar in the room . We had our own coffee but I needed to go to the bar to ask for a couple of cubes of sugar which they kindly gave me. I would definitely return because the suite was comfortable and easy to prepare our meals "

"I only wish we had more nights to stay here! Pier Apartment was really modern clean and spacious. We each were able to get a bedroom (there are three bedrooms, one room w 3 beds, two room w a double). Beds and linens were clean and crisp. Huge furnished apartment and we even had a laundry room. Coffee machine also had coffee beans in it which was really appreciated. It’s a walk up 1 flight so be prepared. Parking can be done around the building. It’s literally across the street from the ferry landing. Fortunately the windows are thick and the ferry is electric so it didn’t wake us up. Apartment was super convenient to the main part of town with shops, restaurants, markets and tours. And perfect for us during puffling season as everyone roams town looking for lost puffin babies. Super modern. Super charming. Great hosts. Strongly recommend "
