"Excellent in every way. Very clean, modern & comfortable rooms. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel is next to the bus station & tram station & a great location for San Mames football stadium. We were in the city for the Europa League game. A lovely city with lovely people & very inexpensive. "We cannot fault this property. It could not have been any better located - perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town but the shortest most pleasant walk into town. The staff were all an absolute delight, they were warm, welcoming and very helpful. The room was spacious, very modern and so well considered - had everything we could possibly need. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, so much goodness to choose from. We will be back for sure! "
