Nice little getaway
This is a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay. The sauna and view from the A-frame windows were huge perks! The master suite is huge and the decor is so fun. We loved the little farmers market at the resort and the spa treatments there especially and had fun exploring nearby Berkeley Springs too. Corrine was an incredibly communicative host as well! A few notes that we think would improve the stay for future guests: -The house was clean, but it needed a good dusting. Lots of cobwebs, dust bunnies/dusty surfaces etc. including in the bath tub. Probably just needs a refresh if it’s been awhile between guests even if it was cleaned prior. -The master shower head is broken which made showering tricky. Would suggest replacing! -The couches are pretty worn out and the stuffing has been dislodged from the arms, making them kind of uncomfortable. The leather is torn and fraying in some parts. With an upgrade it would have been more pleasant! -We were bummed to find that the clubhouse/grill on the resort property was closed as this was a big draw of the location—we know that’s not in the host’s control but a heads up would have been useful for planning. Overall though we really had a nice time.

Great house, great setting
Great house on picturesque setting. Very scenic and wooded with babbling streams running through the property. Would love to return in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoors more and make use of the large fire pit area. But we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. And the house itself was great! Charmingly decorated and included nice touches, such as the complimentary bottles of water (fyi- no filter water from refrigerator), popcorn, coffee, assortment of small toiletries, etc. Definitely recommend this property and hope to return again!

Quiet, Secluded & Perfect for Relaxing
We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect size for 8 adults & our pup with plenty of room to be comfortable. We enjoyed sitting around the fire & around the table sharing lots of laughs. They had games available that we used & the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed (only missing a spatula when we made pancakes but plenty of other tools that we made work!) We will definitely be back in the future!

Heavenly Location
This property is absolutely gorgeous. The backyard location was tranquil and beautiful. The neighborhood was nice as well. The pools were quite clean and uncrowded. We also attended the local neighborhood farmers market; it was wonderful! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit this part of West Virginia!

Sweet place
Had a great time staying there with a group of 6 adults. Caroline was very responsive and we really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The mattresses weren’t the best, but for a short weekend it was no problem. We would definitely come back!
