「The grounds are beautiful and the room was decent - thank you. I was disappointed with the restaurant; had to wait 10mins for our empty table to be wiped. We were not asked if we wanted a drink. I asked for some sauce when the meal arrived. I repeated the request to a different waitress. The sauce eventually came when I had almost finished my meal. The food was fine but I was not impressed with the meal service.」

「位置偏僻但如果是度假的定位是可以接受的 這間飯店裝潢很有風格 房間舒適度應可以很高 但因清潔沒做好（前一晚有慶祝婚禮 我們的房間有一間有很重的狗臭味 另一間則是衛浴有臭味） 我個人覺得滿意 但住不同房間的同行友人卻覺得清潔沒做好而留下壞印象」

「My daughter and dog had a lovely stay used the spa facilities which were great Unfortunately my dinner was overcooked (lamb) But breakfast was of a good standard 」

「Lovely room although a little conscious of walking around too much as the floor really creaks in places and I j own how annoying it is when you are the person staying below. A broken window has been poorly fixed with wood leaving a gap of around 7mm at the bottom. Had asked for a quiet room which it is until the birds start singing at 5 am.」

「Great for a night’s stopover. Room was warm due to hot water coming through the large heating pipes that we had no control over. Radiator was completely off, but still a bit warm. Very comfy bed. Spacious room. Was surprised to see ironing board and iron in room. Breakfast was very nice indeed. Coffee not good though. All in all, served its purpose and would use again if in the area. 」

「All in all, its a decent accommodation for people who are looking to whizz through Birmingham. We needed a car to drive around to the NEC etc. This accommodation is not too far, but around 25 mins away from the centre of Birmingham by driving. Can't complain. 」
