"When I stay more than one night I expect some room service such as empty trash, clean towels and restocking the restroom without having to go to the lobby and get the items myself. I have no problem not having new sheets and someone make the bed. I feel I paid for this but so maybe the solution.would be to discount the additional days or to book one day at a time that way I will have the room completely serviced."

"We stayed for a quick night while passing through. It was clean enough and the breakfast was decent. It was somewhat comfortable, both my husband and I woke up with sore backs, but the pillows weren't the kind that flatten immediately. The biggest negative is that you could hear everything. Our upstairs neighbor was up at 5:30 and we could definitely hear their shower. Every door, every person walking down the hall, everything could be heard. "

"This hotel was a nice surprise. We arrived late on a rainy night and found a small but comfortable room, well-furnished with the bathroom area in impeccable condition. The breakfast room had some nice surprises, and overall, the guests seemed happy. We only stayed for a night, but the staff was responsive, and this was certainly the best of the budget hotels we've stayed in on this trip. "
