The location is exceptional, a quiet, private beautiful Victorian era house right on the Sound. The house is roomy, immaculate and very well equipped. Nancy is on top of everything and responds essentially immediately to any and every concern. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe our wonderful experience! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Contemporary Cozy Cottage! Very modern amenities and appliances, and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Nadia always responded promptly, and answered all of my questions. The Cottage is located close to just about everything in the Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, and Yorktown Heights area. And I would definitely recommend a short drive to the charming little town of Cold Spring which is not too far away. Thank you Nadia!"

"Pre-stay communication was excellent, with our host contacting me with suggestions for outings (I asked). Our host met us, gave us a tour of the property - not just the living space but the grounds, too. The house is cozy, well thought out and has small touches like a deck of cards (in case you have a couple of minutes of downtime), a beautiful tea set with a variety of delicious teas to use.
