Fraîchement arrivée sur Cuba et plus précisément la Havane, Mayra nous a informé à posteriori des informations nécessaires pour notre arrivée ! Des notre arrivée Mayra nous a mis à l'aise, présenté notre chambre et la salle de douche. La chambre et la salle de douche sont propres et confortables. Mayra nous a aidé en tout point que ce soit pour nous expliquer les différents lieux où se restaurer, se procurer un carte sim, ainsi que pour la balade touristique de la ville. Elle est toujours disponible, aidante en tout point et à l'écoute.

Salle de bain partagée!!! Non mentioné! Pas de clef pour aller et venir à son gres attendre à la porte que la maitresse de maison veuille bien nous ouvrir. Pas d'ean chaude pour la douche!!! Ok ce n'est pas cher mais bon il faut un mini qd meme,clef et eau chaude...

Located within walking distance from the bus station Very good location for backpackers who have luggage and cannot take the local buses The madam is very friendly and will exchange your money and tell you about safe restaurants nearby. There is air conditioning and a fan so you can sleep comfortably There is very little Wi-Fi in the whole of Cuba. That is very annoying, but she will tell you where to find a hotel with Wi-Fi connection for a fee. Downloading an offline map before entering the country is a must! マダムはスペイン語だけですが とても快適に過ごせますよ

The lady was incredibly friendly and welcoming! She was always there to help and went way beyond to make sure we had a good time! The place is really relaxing and spacious. It's old but that's also the charm of it. It was very quiet despite being next to the street. It's close to the University which seemed to be a more wealthy area. The center is a bit a far away but that's represented in the price. Overall, absolutely can recommend this lovely home!

Perfect Cuban hospitality in a nice casa
Triz is so sweet, to me this was the epitome of the Cuban hospitality that I have heard about. I felt really nicely taken care of in my short stay there. Before I arrived, she helped me with some travel advice and when I arrived tired, she made me coffee even though I said I was ok and it was the nicest coffee I had in Havana. The room is nice, clean and well maintained, the casa is very sweet, there is a little balcony to watch the world go by. There's no lift and it is a couple of floors up.

Feliz en Casa Triz
El lugar está bien ubicado. Bety y Jóse son muy amables y están siempre atentos al buen estado y mejora del espacio, que es bastante cómodo y limpio. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, por encima de un hotel, pues me parece más agradable la experiencia de tener contacto humano y compartir experiencias interculturales.

Parfait
Des hôtes charmants et accueillants. Béatrice nous a parfaitement épaulés dans nos tribulations administratives. Un grand merci à elle. Une chambre sympa au sein de la casa (spacieuse, propre, avec salle de bain privée) et un réfrigérateur. Casa située au 2* étage,dans un quartier calme dans une Havane très bruyante. Proche du Malecon et à 20’ à pieds du centre ville. Je recommande aux personnes capables de marcher et de grimper les escaliers.
