"The home is just lovely. We had a large family of 14 people and it fit us more than comfortably. Beautiful views of the water from the living area and most every room in the main house and cottages. I can’t even begin to describe how much my family enjoyed this house and all the fun that was had in the shallow waters of the sandbar, kayaking the small river to see the sea turtles, and finishing up our day in the pool. Anything we needed, Judy, the property manager, saw that it was taken care of...

We had to dodge Hurricane Milton at first, then an emergency that came up hours before our rescheduled flight and we had to miss our Fall visit. Fina was ever so accommodating, understanding and wonderful as usual!!! She is an outstanding hostess and we can't wait until May to visit again for our third stay at Seabiscuit. "The property was exactly as pictured and you can find yourself exploring the island or stay in. Your own ocean seemingly awaits a few stairs and a short walk from your door. Only issue for us was the Exuma maintenance of roads and street directly to and from the property. Make sure to get an SUV or Jeep for this stay. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this house!! It was fabulous from top to bottom. Sam the property manager was so attentive and went above and beyond to make my mom feel special for her 70th bday. They were all so communicable and responded super quickly. My mom said it was the best birthday ever! The house was exquisite, and had a great location. We loved the guidebook that came with it too for things to do and taxi services. We will be back for sure!!!!! "
