"I stayed here 3 nights with my father and 2 children. The room we had was perfect - one room with a double bed, and a separate room with 3 twin beds I used with my kids, which gave everyone some privacy. A newly updated bathroom as well. The traditional German breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant as well. Service and cleanliness were fantastic - I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, we really enjoyed our visit to the area. Thank you!!"

"A neat little boutique hotel with a restaurant. It was planned as a stay over night as we were driving through Germany on vacation but Hennetaler Hof was a gem of a find. If you don't speak German, it can be a bit of a challenge but the owner is fairly fluent in English. Our room was very clean and the hotel cute and quaint. "

Was then told there was no reservation though they later found it, then was asked to pay again ...... until I could prove I had paid. Else the hotel was ok, the pillows in the room were useless. "It was a perfect combination of tranquility and excellent gourmet food for a Michelin chef. Everyone were friendly and the chef is over the top. We arrived on Wednesday and we extended the visit two days until Monday because we felt calm there. The bedroom are spotless as the bathrooms. "The property is located a few miles outside of the town of Korbach. The view from the room is exquisite and charming. There is a small, but full service kitchen complete with dishes and cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. The living room is spacious with furniture and satellite TV, in case you think you might be missing something there. The unit even has WIFI. Within 10 minutes you can go into town (Korbach) and have dinner, a lovely walk, or whatever. The Edersee is about half an hour away...
