"We loved it here! Stunning location. Private. We loved the access to the water. It was close to nature ( seals, eagles, forests) and the perfect distance from downtown Olympia. "It was a nice enough property. Owners are a busy family but, responsive to any issues. Some older kitchen supplies, a couple of clean but stained towels, couch well used.We bought a vacuum as we were a long stay.It suited our needs, had a pretty view, and we would stay there again. We bought a vacuum because we long stay."

"Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

What was surprising is that the area is upstairs, inaccessible to handicapped persons. Full bath downstairs and nice office space. "We had such a nice time, we stayed an extra day. This was the perfect getaway home to spend a casual thanksgiving weekend in. A quiet, comfy home right on the edge of the inlet was so perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook with, and the hosts replied quickly to my questions. As far as location, you aren’t right in Shelton, which is great. We visited, but definitely preferred the quiet of this location. Thank you! "

"This was definitely exactly what we needed. Quiet little place off the beaten path, easy enough to find if you know where you're going. Property was clean and accessible for outloading and unloading our personal belongings and once we were inside, it was heaven. All of the comforts from home! Fun things to do on the property and the hot tub was amazing after a long day of walking and exploring. There are so many wonderful things to say about this Hideaway, and we will definitely be back!"
