「This is the first I rented a basement apartment with the owners upstairs. The apartment was as presented in photos, I didn’t like hearing people walk around upstairs. But that’s me. The neighborhood was very nice, close to restaurants and any number of activities. The only thing missing was the “how to” book. Every question I had I had to contact the owners. A book would have answered most if not all the questions. 」

「This was our first time using VRBO. The kids oohed and ahhhed as they discovered all the fun decor and unique items used to decorate the apartment. The green and gold accents made it feel very upscale and yet it was if every need had been anticipated. The apartment was spotless and super clean. The proximity to the convention center was ideal and made it so the kids could take breaks easily whenever they wanted. 「Overall a very good property. Clean, neat, well provisioned. One caution: front door of apartment does not have a fixed lock. This unit is on the 2nd floor with a unit below. The front door of the apartment only has a safety chain. When you leave the apartment, and any valuables you don’t wish to carry with you, you can only ‘lock’ the front door with the chain and exit through back open porch steps. (This may be difficult with small children or elders in bad weather.) Otherwise the apartment...
