We stepped outside to the foot spa and had a cocktail and after a short wait, we were escorted to our room, beautiful clean with an amazing view. All the amenities were spot on. The view from our personal onsen was beautiful. After a week of walking around tokyo it was the perfect way to relax. The food was great and we loved our personal dinning area. I have no complaints at all. If you are looking to stay in hakone, stay in Hakone Airu. "
