"El lugar mas sucio y descuidado en el que he estado en mi vida. El personal muy poco profesional y carente de capacitación. Me quejé en varias ocasiones por el aseo, y me enviaron a una persona a sacudir el polvo, mientras que en el baño habia rastros de jabón de huéspedes anteriores. Pesima relacion costo-beneficio. He estado muchas veces en Guangzhou, y seguro hay mejores hoteles por un precio muchísimo mas bajo"

"The bed was hard as a rock and when I checked in I could not get the front desk person to speak to me in English he would only speak to my friend in Mandarin, even though at the end he spoke to me in English when he gave me my room key. So I had to ask one of the other front desk staff to assist in putting my deposit on my credit card and not taking the cash from my friend. Elevators were confusing because this building had two different lobbies. One for the hotel and one for the business side...
