From the northeastern corner of Shueipingwun Park, head north along the avenue, which is dotted with all types of restaurants. Try the local culinary dishes and stop at various Vietnamese restaurants, steak houses and seafood specialists.

The Haianlu Art Street runs south to north through the core of the West Central District in Tainan. If you drive, leave your car in the street’s parking lots. You can also travel by bus to one of the stops dotted along the street.
