The area isn’t particularly attractive and is out of the city centre, but the U-Bahn station is only 5 minutes walk away with three lines taking you to Marienplatz or Hauptbahnhof in under 15 minutes. BMW World and the Olympic Park are only two stops away. Certainly worth the compromise on area to get accommodation of this standard at a bargain price. Highly recommended."

"The apartment was clean and tidy, although a slight damp smell in the bathroom area. Enough space in room, the mood lighting was broken in our room but we didn’t need it. Staff were very friendly and welcoming & loved the free tea/coffee downstairs. We always enjoyed that in a morning with fresh pastries from the bakery nearby!"

"We stayed for a week, trains easily accessible into Munich centre and shopping areas. The only thing that let it down was cleaning and changing bed sheets is done every 7 days and if you want it done sooner you have to pay to wash sheets yourself. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was just two single beds pushed together with a single duvet each which in my opinion does not match the price you pay. The little stove tops were handy and really enjoyed the addition of having a fridge....

"New facility, and very nice inside. Location is good for access to the city and train station, though a bit seedy neighborhood. But just a few blocks to trains 10 minutes to Marienplatz area. Door entry system is bad, and if you didn't get the email with codes & details you will have a very hard time getting into the building, as there is no front desk and they're trying to do it all electronically. Bring a well charged phone, because you're probably going to need it to get in."
