Cutest Little Cabin

Loved the property and the beautiful location. The cabin was immaculately clean and very comfortably appointed. Great place for our dogs as well!

Absolutely Terrific!!!

It’s well out of town, quiet, clean, comfortable and gorgeous! Great place to enjoy a dark sky at night. Plenty of room. Wonderfully clean! Loved every minute of being there!

What a beautiful property. The home is perfect. Low key, lovely kitchen, great space for the dogs. Access to many hiking trails. We will be back!!!

Everything is there that you can imagine

Comfortable and quiet. Every cooking apparatus is there including a croakpot and spices. Though we used the last of the onion and garlic powder. Surprisingly the only thing we never found was a hair dryer. We would stay there again.

50th Birthday Hiking Trip

We found the place to be very accommodating, quiet, peaceful, and secluded which is exactly what we were looking for!! No cell service but internet worked great. The bedroom floors were squeaky but didn’t bother us. The bathroom door doesn’t stay shut but we figured out if you just hold it against door jam for couple seconds, it stays closed! Nicely stocked kitchen with great views from all the windows.

Drive was pretty sketchy getting in / out with all the melting. Without a 4WD vehicle you'd be in trouble.

Great base camp for hiking in the sawtooth! Appreciated the remoteness, fully stocked kitchen, hot shower and use of the washer/dryer. My only feedback to the owners would be to please include the $35/night additional fee for dogs and requirement for written permission to bring them somewhere in the listing so as not to be surprised with it in the emailed contract. I almost missed it as I skimmed through. Definitely not a negative though and would highly recommend a stay!!

Great property managers.

We had an emergency arise last minute and were not able to enjoy these amazing looking accommodations. We did call last minute, not expecting any sort of refund but did so just as a courtesy to the property manager. She was easy to get ahold of, very understanding of the circumstances and was a smooth transaction otherwise.

Wow!

This property is spectacular. We stayed for three weeks and didn’t want to leave. There are breathtaking views from every window. Elk are hanging out on the peak right in back of the house. You can’t see anything else but beautiful mountains. You can walk right out the door and snowshoe, cross country ski, snowmobile, mountain bike, hike, or just take a beautiful walk on the road. At the beginning of the road you can pick up the BCRD trail and nordic ski for miles in both directions. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable. Rachel and Dan are great, very responsive hosts.
