「This property is adjacent to the University of Guam and is located near center of the island to give easy access to most everything. The accommodations were clean serviceable and adequately furnished and stocked. There was some nightly noise in the neighborhood, but then it was over the near year. Overall, a very pleasant stay.」

「We had no trouble finding the house. We spent most mornings and evenings on the back balcony which had a great view. The Naval base was only 10 mins away and the house is on a dead end so almost no traffic. House was clean and well supplied. AC worked great and the car port was covered so never had to get wet the hole time we stayed. Would recommend this location to anyone.」

「Power inside and out wouldn't stay on. Stairs are a a death trap. Ceiling in kitchen is falling down. Stinks. Laundry is 2 rusty machines outside next to the stairs. Area is full of barking dogs. We left after 2 minutes, stayed at the hilton. Place is a dump!!!」
