"This property perhaps is best appreciated by thinking of it as a 'condo ' rather than a posh resort. Very well run, clean, close attention to detail, free parking, loaner beach gear etc. If you are expecting water slides and a lazy river...no. Medium sized pool w/ hot tub that we rarely shared w/ anyone. Do note that the upstairs neighbors were loud -- early (4 and 5 am) in spite of 'quiet time'. We complained once and then let it go... Great home base to Hanalei and local beaches. "

"We had such a great time staying! The place was super cute and cozy. We enjoyed the wild chickens/ roosters roaming around, the lizards, and the sound of the ocean. My only complaint is that the dang rooster doesn’t under stand when it daylight and he loved waking us up earlier than we would have liked lol, but it was great being up early to enjoy the view! Would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and i with 3 adult children stayed at Ron and Pams condo in Princeville and we had a lovely time. It was clean and well provisioned. We cooked our breakfast daily as well as a few dinners and didn't have any trouble with the kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable and it was never overly hot at any time inside. "It felt spacious, as we had 8 adult women, with the exception of the beds. It was exactly as advertised, with two kings and two queens, but the queens were in very large bedrooms and were not comfortable for the people sharing unfortunately. I bet if kings were in all the rooms they would be able to charge even more for this great condo. Very responsive staff to a small issue with overhead fan not being able to turn off. Somehow we missed the memo that the outside ground floor king bedroom...

"We’ve stayed here twice already. It’s an unbeatable location with beach access on a pristine quiet beach. It’s next to a river full of palm trees with a jungle look. The property is huge with a large private lawn/garden. The only ding on this listing is that it’s an outdated beach bungalow.
