Amazing staff, hotel condition needs some work
Good sized room, a little old with stained carpet and some rust etc but seems clean. Straight across the road from Hon-Hachinohe station (2 stops on local line from Hachinohe where Shinkansen stops) - hotel sign is visible from the station door.
Check in was easy with friendly staff, they let me check in a little early (half an hour) since my room was ready and that was when my train arrived. Rooms don't seem to have individual heating, just central to the building.
Some traffic noise gets in but dies off later in the night
Most comfortable bed and pillow that I've had in Japan by far. I never want to leave this bed.
Wanted to get a taxi to a fairly obscure area and the desk staff were incredibly helpful not only calling me a taxi that arrived within minutes, but explaining to the driver for me where I wanted to go since my Japanese is limited. I wish I could give them higher than a perfect score.
Conveniently located directly oppsite Hon-Hachinohe station, which is good if visiting the Misawa Aviation and Science Museum (the bus stop is just around the corner). Also Miyagi Park is a nice little park not far away. The room cleaning service was fine.
Very shabby by Japanese standards, the room was dark and dated.
There was an aroma of smoke throughout the whole hotel
Dirty stained carpet in the room
Very poor value

We booked this at the last minute and it was very expensive. $265aud for one night. The property felt tired but was clean like most Japanese hotels. We were in a smoking floor in a smoking room and it was very clear the room had had smokers in it from the overall room (expected) to the linen. The bed was tiny, probably about a large king single, and not at all comfortable, certainly not with 2 people in it. The blanket thin and a tad itchy. The room itself was a good size for Japanese hotels, bathroom a typical. Location across from train station would be handy if you needed that. Served its purpose but would not choose to stay again.
Nice stay with good location & budget-saving price
Overall, it was satisfactory for staying a night. The twin room was really cozy with soft two beds, the nice bathroom, re-fridge, etc. Just a min walk from Hachinohe JR railway station, 2 minute walk from big drug store, which was quite convenient. Budget-saving if you are travelling more than 2 people when staying this business hotel.

Overnight stay
The hotel was older, but the location was convenient and the staff was extremely friendly. This was a last minute booking during a very busy season so the room served it's purpose, which was a place to rest for the night.
Although the facilities are a bit old but still clean, and the price is really cheap as well.

Better to stay in Hachinohe or Aomori area
The hotel is just across the station and just 2 stops away from Hachinohe Station where you can change for the Shinkansen. The last train to Honhachinohe is 9:20pm only and there’s nothing to do in the area.Honhachinohe station doesn’t have escalator or elevator. The hotel is clean but a bit rundown and the smell of smoke is terrible in the room and the corridors. There’s a free coffee and miso soup 24/7. For me it’s better to stay in Hachinohe or Aomori area for accessibility.
For the location with low cost stay, it's a good choice.

Helpful stuff trying to figure out sightseeing
We had arrrived Hachinohe very late approximately PM23:00 from Tokyo by Shinkansen. Next day we were planning to visit Towada city for horseback archery event. We weren’t so sure how to get there however the hotel stuff tried to how to get there and explained to us in great details. Very nice stuff in general
